Return Policy

Before requesting a return

Terms used on this page follow the meanings described in our Terms & Conditions. Please retain your receipt or other proof of purchase, as it is required when a return is reviewed.

Order cancellations

Submitted requests may begin processing immediately and therefore might not be cancellable. If processing has already started, you may need to wait until the merchandise has been received before asking to return it.

Return eligibility

An eligible item may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Merchandise must be unused, in the condition in which it was received, and accompanied by its original packaging where applicable.

Some goods are not eligible for return or exchange, including:

• Discounted or final-sale merchandise
• Gift cards and personalized items
• Perishable goods, newspapers, and magazines
• Sanitary goods or merchandise that cannot be safely resold once opened
• Hazardous or flammable materials

If you are uncertain whether an item qualifies, request confirmation by email before sending it.

Sending an approved return

Do not send merchandise until return instructions have been issued. This website does not publish a physical return address; the appropriate instructions will be supplied directly after the request is reviewed.

Items produced by another party and obtained through Esewonbook should not be sent directly to the manufacturer unless the return instructions specifically say otherwise.

Shipping responsibility

The sender is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Initial and return shipping charges are generally non-refundable. When appropriate, a return shipping cost may be deducted from an approved refund.

For an item of value, consider a trackable shipping method and suitable shipping protection. Esewonbook cannot confirm receipt of a parcel without delivery records.

Review, refunds, and exchanges

After an authorized return is received, Esewonbook will email an acknowledgment and review whether the item meets the conditions above. A return is not approved solely because it has been delivered.

If accepted, an appropriate remedy will be arranged within a reasonable period. Depending on the circumstances, this may be an exchange, non-transferable merchandise credit, refund through the original transaction method, or another suitable resolution confirmed by email.

General conditions

A return or exchange may be declined when the request falls outside the stated period, proof of purchase is missing, the item is used or damaged after delivery, or the return instructions were not followed. Additional conditions may apply when reasonably necessary to evaluate a particular item.
